Mobile home trailer repairs are offered. Mobile homes are not equivalent to stick built housing. Craftsmanship on trailer houses do not meet the standards of real home builders, a hurdle that contractors can not usually clear. That said, we will always try to deliver the best quality work with what is afforded in a mobile home.
Mobile home services are available. Mobile homes are built in a factory setting under the Federal HUD Code. Though they are built in a controlled enviornment, skilled labor may be compromised during the construction as the HUD Code allows no journeyman electricians, plumbers or builders to be present during the build process. Trailer builders do use a In Plant Inspection Agency (IPIA) to preform inspections on the factories approved DAPIA (third-party agencies that ensure mobile homes meet federal safety and construction standards, like HUD, before they are built).
In 2026 we will be adding to our site, "Mobile Home Hall of Shame" section to our website. It will include photos of real new mobile homes and the real problems encountered by real homeowners.
